At our Restaurant Le Bistrot you will find the typical Tuscan cuisine reinterpreted in a more modern way by the Executive Chef Alessandro Liberatore, which uses only seasonal products, mainly locally sourced.
At lunch the casual menu offers the most famous Classics of the Italian tradition while at dinner the gastronomic menu goes on stage.

charming Moorish Room, one of the most evocative and fascinating rooms of the Villa with its oriental style and domed ceiling with original frescoes by Antonio Caremmi.
During summer the restaurant is in the winter garden by the pool where our Guests can relax in an elegant yet informal atmosphere and admire the beauty of the park.
